PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Squires Estates (Squires) are offering property vendors, free EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), free floor plan, free professional photography and £250 towards legal fees for all new sole agency sales instructions, taken up to and including 31st of May 2014, across all 3 of our branches.
2) Squires must be instructed as the sole agents for a minimum period of 8 weeks.
3) EPCs, floor plans and professional photography to be carried out by appointed companies.
4) If after the 8 weeks the sole agency agreement is terminated but Squires remain instructed, the £250 legal fee offer will still be honoured if the property is sold through Squires.
5) If the vendor instructs a new agent after the minimum 8 week sole agency period, the EPC is transferrable but the floor plan and professional photography are not transferrable and remain the property of Squires.
6) Discounts offered are as stated and cannot be exchanged. There is no cash alternative for the free benefits (EPC, floor plan and professional photography).
7) A Display board (For Sale, Sale Agreed, Sold) must be exhibited at the property (subject to planning regulation).
8) The £250 towards legal fees will be provided on completion.
9) There are no restrictions placed on the vendor as to the legal practice used.
10) The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer before the official closing date.
