Alex joined Squires in 2018 and was a much-needed addition. Heading up our Property Management team she is in charge of all aspects of her department. Coming from a corporate background, she is experienced in dealing with a multitude of maintenance related issues and has helped our Property Management team grow from one person into a thriving group of people.
ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER - FINCHLEY
Prior to working at Squires Estates, Mark worked within the industry for a corporate agency and whilst he really enjoyed the experience, he felt he would be better suited at an independent firm. In September 2017 he started at Squires Estates and hasn’t looked back since. Having worked his way up through the ranks he is now Assistant Branch Manager of our Finchley office where his excellent customer service and personnel skills are utilised daily.
SENIOR LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR
Since 2017 Lauren has been taking care of everyone moving in and out of a let property and for her the devil really is in the detail. Moving home can be a very stressful experience so having someone who can spin several plates at once and work well under pressure really helps. Lauren makes sure the process is as seamless as it can be.
HEAD OF LETTINGS
Having started her career in Harrow, Rachel joined Squires in 2017 as a Junior Lettings Negotiator. She very quickly progressed through the ranks to become Senior Lettings Negotiator and shortly afterwards onto Branch Manager in the Hendon office.
Rachel swiftly progressed again and is now the Head of Lettings department. She is incredibly approachable and fair and it is for these reasons she is so successful.

Ava is currently in her second stint at Squires Estates having first worked in Finchley back in 2005 and then re-joining us in 2015. Her organisational skills are unparalleled and this is extremely important when heading a department with so many facets. Additionally Ava is a firm believer in social responsibility and is always looking at ways we can improve as a company.
