“I started the business in 2004 with Edward having known him both personally and professionally for a number of years prior to that. Our aim was to bring the brand of Estate Agency we had been taught across to North London and that meant being extremely customer service driven and highly transparent. We can only assume that people bought into our methods as we now have 4 established branches!”.
“I am the nomad of the company having opened the Finchley, Mill Hill and Hendon branches before basing myself back in Mill Hill in 2016. People always ask me if I enjoy my job and I guess you have to when doing something for over 10 years! Unquestionably there is huge satisfaction in playing a key role in someone’s house move. My other role in the company is chief of the recycling police!”.
Levinia started working in the Hendon branch in May 2016 having worked in the jewellery business beforehand. Down to her personal approach and sheer hunger she was agreeing a number of sales in a very short space of time and for the following two years sold a phenomenal number of properties. Always keen to learn new things and progress within the company, when the Branch Manager position became available the decision was easy to make.
James joined Squires Estates in the summer of 2012 as a Sales Negotiator in the Mill Hill branch and brought with him a high level of maturity and knowledge. When we opened our latest branch in Borehamwood it was only natural that he moved there to become Branch Manager where he could instil his fine attention to detail and dedication to the company. Furthermore living in the area gives James intimate local knowledge.

Ava is currently in her second stint at Squires Estates having first worked in Finchley back in 2005 and then re-joining us in 2015. Her organisational skills are unparalleled and this is extremely important when heading a department with so many facets. Additionally Ava is a firm believer in social responsibility and is always looking at ways we can improve as a company.
