Should the tenants remain in-situ after the first 12 months, a further commission of 6.5% plus VAT (7.8% inc. VAT) per annum will be due whether the tenancy be renewed on a fixed term or periodic basis.

After 24 months and for any renewals thereafter, whether the tenancy be renewed on a fixed term or periodic basis, the fee will be reduced to 5% plus VAT (6% inc. VAT) per annum. This will apply to all renewals whether negotiated by Squires Estates or not.
